Heart Art: The Vesalius Trust asked about 2 dozen medical illustrators to prepare a small signed works of art of the human heart. Each heart image is an 8 inch by 8 inch original painting, drawing, doodle, cartoon, etc. (black & white or color) that will then be framed up with others as composite groups. The rendering technique was completely up to each of the artists. The Veslaius Trust will make up several of these large framed composites (each approximately 16" x 24") for auction at the upcoming AMI meeting in August. Proceeds will go to the Vesalius Trust scholarship fund for the students. Click here to see details
